Join the NZSO for a special concert with Shayne Carter, one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s most talented and distinctive singer-songwriters. Best known as the frontman of seminal Dunedin band Straitjacket Fits and his later work in Dimmer, Carter was a leading light of the Dunedin Sound in the 1980s.
Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind collaboration that weaves Carter’s favourite moments from the ‘classical’ canon with reimagined orchestral versions of his songs from composer Tane Upjohn-Beatson.
